noisy air-concold breakfast
i was really frustrated with a couple of things. first, the air conditioning unit in the room was noisy. it made it hard to sleep at all. also, breakfast was a total letdown. there wasn't any cutlery or crockery available, and the breakfast food was cold. it was definitely not what i expected.

the STAFF were very helpful , and the BREAKFAST had a great selection.
i found two glasses with old milk and orange juice in my room , clearly missed by housekeeping. a random item was hidden behind the fresh towels. the pillows lacked firmness , and i felt my head was sinking.

the location was acceptable for my needs during this trip.
the gym noise was disruptive late each night i suspect it was the weights being dropped. the bed was excessively firm i had difficulty getting comfortable and found myself restless.

The breakfast offered a really excellent selection of items. The rooms are a lovely size and quite clean. All staff members are very efficient and polite to the guests.
The window in the room could not be opened for ventilation, so I had to adjust the air conditioning.

The location offered a separate entrance to the Main Street. This access point saved walking around. The breakfast had tasty options.. it was a good choice. The room had blackout curtains and it was very quiet.
The check in process took too long. There were not enough staff. The bottom sheet did not cover the top of the mattress. The pictures in the room were dusty.
